The purpose of roles management is to enable and assure the management and abilities of the functional role capabilities used in the procedural activities of the enterprise are controlled, balanced and aligned to the mission and needs of the enterprise as a whole.
Roles Management Responsibilities
The process manager role is responsible for roles management of the roles capability.
Roles management work products include roles management ideas, requirements, plans, risks, opportunities, reviews, decisions and action items.
The roles architecture is the process architecture of roles management of the roles capability.
The process manager role uses the roles architecture to support roles management responsibilities and activities.
