Service Offering Management

Service offering management is the enterprise system management of the service offering system.

The purpose of service offering management is to enable and assure the management and abilities of the service offering system are controlled, balanced and aligned to the mission and needs of the whole enterprise.

The service manager role is responsible for service offering management.

The service manager role is supported by the service architect role and service offering architecture.

Each system element of the enterprise capability system has an associated management capability.
