Process Capability System

The process capability system is the system element of the enterprise system capability which systematically functions to realize a process capability.

The purpose of the process capability system is to enable and assure the ability of process capabilities.

As actions begin to realize the ability of a process functionality, a process capability is formed to satisfy the need to define how to realize the offerings and capabilities.

Over time, a process capability is realized in a systematic ability controlled by process capability management, the responsibility of the process manager role.

The process manager role is supported by the process architect role and process architecture.
