A process ability is the realization of a process capability through through Process Lifecycle Activities to manage and control process development and operations, satisfying the need for policy, procedure, roles, workflow, process improvement and process management.
Lifecycle Activities are conducted to Standard Operating Procedures resulting in Process Lifecycle Work Products by utilizing:
- Process Architecture & Management Tools & Standards
- Reference Process Architectures & Models
- Process Architecture & Management Training & Certification
