Information Capability System

The information capability system is the system element of the enterprise system capability which systematically functions to realize an information capability.

The purpose of the information capability system is to enable and assure the ability of information capabilities.

As actions begin to realize the ability of an information functionality, an information capability is formed to satisfy the need for information produced by and used in the offerings and capabilities.

Over time, an information capability is realized in a systematic ability controlled by information capability management, the responsibility of the information manager role.

The information manager role is supported by the information architect role and information architecture.
