The purpose of the service offering system is to enable and assure the ability of service offering capabilities.
As actions begin to realize the ability of a service offering functionality, a service offering capability is formed to satisfy the needs of the customers for a service.
Over time, a service offering is realized in a systematic ability controlled by service offering management, the responsibility of the service manager role.
