Business Management Architecture Responsibilities
The business architect role is responsible for architecting the business management architecture in support of the business management responsibilities of the business manager role.
Business management architecture work products include business management architecture concepts, descriptions, models, views, viewpoints, specifications and analyses. Specific examples are organizational models, tactical actions, information mappings, business mappings, dashboards and value stream analysis.
Business Management Team
As shown in Figure 52 – Business Management Team Concept, business management is interconnected with and interdependent on enterprise management and integration, process management, information management, IT management, system management and service management.
